1. Website Purpose and No Professional Relationship
The Website provides general information about our services and may include resources such as articles, checklists, templates, downloads, and other materials (“Materials”).

Website content and Materials are for general information only and are not intended to constitute accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
2. No Online Payments Through the Website
The Website does not process payments for services. Any fees, invoicing, payment terms, and refund terms (if any) are governed solely by a separate signed engagement letter or service agreement.
3. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Limited license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Materials for your personal use or internal business use only.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, publish, publicly share, or commercialize the Materials;
- remove copyright or proprietary notices;

- use Materials to create competing templates, tools, or services.
If you wish to use Materials for redistribution, training, client delivery, or commercial purposes, contact us for written permission.
